Math Aha Daily ("we") publishes visual math videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and runs this website, mathahadaily.kairoxbuild.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect on this website
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand which lessons are useful. These tools set cookies and record pages viewed, clicks, device and approximate location. We never send email addresses or text you type to them.
- Email sign-ups. If you request a free resource or newsletter, we store your email address and the resource you asked for (Cloudflare D1) and may sync it to our email provider (MailerLite). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Purchases. Paid products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email and order details, never your full card number.
- Campaign attribution. We keep the link source (for example utm parameters) in your browser session storage to know which post brought you here.
2. YouTube API Services
Our internal publishing and analytics tool uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with our YouTube content you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we access: for our own channel, upload and manage our videos, thumbnails and captions and read our channel analytics (views, watch time, subscribers, traffic sources). For other public channels, public video metadata only: titles, publish dates, durations and public view, like and comment counts.
- What we do not access: we do not collect personal information about YouTube viewers, do not read private data of other channels and do not sell or share API data with third parties.
- How we use it: to publish our videos and to plan content by comparing public performance statistics. API data is used internally and is not displayed publicly.
- Storage and deletion: API data is stored on our private infrastructure. Public statistics about other channels are refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
- Revoking access: the channel owner can revoke our tool's access at any time at Google security settings.
3. Social platforms
When you comment on our posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, those platforms process your data under their own policies. We may read public comments on our own posts in order to reply.
4. How we use information
To deliver the resources you request, improve lessons and videos, process orders and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep sign-up and order records while needed for those purposes or as the law requires. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to the address below. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
6. Children
Our content is educational and general-audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us an email address, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change. Questions: [email protected].
